Regarding Value Added Tax, as a general rule a 21% tax rate will be applied within the territory of the European Union where this tax is applicable.

The prices shown on enjoyfabrics.com may be reviewed and modified at any time if conditions require it.

Payment Methods

All purchases can be paid with:

• Bank Deposit/Transfer.

This is the most economical method. Our details to make the deposit or transfer will be provided to you when confirming the order.

In the transfer you must indicate the order number; within 24/48 hours after confirmation by our bank, we will confirm receipt and the delivery time will begin to count. It is necessary that you send us proof by email to pedidos@enjoyfabrics.com; we will send you an email confirming receipt of the payment.

• Credit Card.

You can conveniently pay with your VISA, Mastercard or Eurocard through Banco Santander’s payment gateway. We will not have access to the card information you provide.

Once you have placed the order in our store, the system will take you to the website of the well-known and secure payment gateway where you will enter your card details.

Important: At the end of the process, the payment gateway will return you to our store where you will complete the order process.

Our payment gateway uses SSL technology to protect your information. In addition, when you send a payment through this gateway, the recipient does not receive sensitive financial data such as your credit card or bank account number. In this way, you don’t have to worry about paying people you don’t know.

Credit card fraud is a crime and enjoyfabrics.com will take legal action against anyone who carries out a fraudulent transaction in our store.

You can check the total amount of your order at any time in the last step of order confirmation in your shopping cart.

The email address obtained from the subscription form will be used to send you information about news, products and special offers related to enjoyfabrics.com.

Billing data will be used solely for the shipment of the purchased product(s). This information will not be used for commercial purposes nor will it be transferred to third parties.

Warranty

Customers of Viuda de Rafael Gandia S.A. benefit from the warranty provided on the items.

Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material, or wear and tear from normal use, are not included in this warranty.

Reductions in the functionality of items due to their design limitations are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.

Legislation and Jurisdiction (Spain Only)

Viuda de Rafael Gandia S.A. reserves the right to modify at any time the SERVICES provided through the enjoyfabrics.com website, introducing or removing certain services or content that contribute to offering a better service.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

enjoyfabrics.com will only deliver orders throughout Spanish territory (including the islands) and Andorra. The delivery time is 48 to 72 business days from the date the order is received.

Orders will be shipped directly from enjoyfabrics.com through its logistics operators.

Shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on the products in your shopping cart.

If there is no one to receive the package at the specified delivery address, up to 2 attempts will be made except during peak production periods. The courier company will hold your package in its warehouses for approximately 10 days before returning it to our facilities.

If you do not receive your purchase within the estimated time, you must contact enjoyfabrics.com Customer Service. You can write to info@enjoyfabrics.com or call 621208122. From the moment we receive your notification, we will take the appropriate steps to find out why you have not received it within the agreed time.

Returns

If you find any defective product in the received order, you must contact info@enjoyfabrics.com or call 621208122.

You may return the merchandise provided you communicate your intention within one week after receiving the order and as long as the packaging is kept in optimal condition. To do this, you must contact us at info@enjoyfabrics.com, call 621208122, or you can also use our contact section.

Whenever the return is due to product defects, enjoyfabrics.com will bear the shipping costs incurred by the return. You may replace it or exchange it for other items.

If the reasons for the return are unrelated to enjoyfabrics.com, that is, if the merchandise is in perfect condition but you still wish to return it, you must send the product in its original packaging and in perfect condition. The costs incurred by the return will NOT be borne by enjoyfabrics.com.
