How to Buy?
To purchase from the enjoyfabrics.com store, you need to register. Simply follow the purchase steps, fill in the shipping form, and create your account, so you won’t have to enter your details again in future purchases.
The user can add as many items as they wish to their shopping cart.
After that, they will validate the steps, and the shipping address will be requested.
Does the price include shipping costs?
We offer free shipping for mainland Spain and Andorra on orders over €65 (for the Balearic Islands on orders over €75; for the Canary Islands on orders over €145; and for Ceuta and Melilla on orders over €120).
How long does delivery take?
Once the payment has been made, we will proceed to ship the product within 2 to 3 business days from the next working day after the order is received, unless another delivery time is indicated on the product, it is discontinued, or the supplier is out of stock and must manufacture the item. In such cases, the delivery time will be between 10 and 25 business days, and you will be informed by email or phone.
What guarantees do you offer?
Shipping guarantee: All our shipments are covered by insurance for 100% of the value of the goods. Please note that you have 24 hours to make a claim if your order has suffered damage caused during transport. If you have any other questions, please email us at info@enjoyfabrics.com.
Product guarantee: The guarantee only covers manufacturing defects.
To make use of the product warranty, you must provide the purchase invoice.
No claims will be accepted after 24 hours from receipt of the goods, except those due to manufacturing errors.
Defects or damage resulting from improper use or handling of the material, or wear caused by normal use, are not covered by this warranty.
